Back to island

Chapter 1 of 11

Your first PC

Computers RH is a PC-building game on your own floating island. Your PCs make H/s, and your island’s share of all the H/s in the game sets your share of the daily rewards. It all starts with one choice: your first PC.

#Choose your PC

The first time you open the game, the Choose your PC window lists every starter package, cheapest on the left and strongest on the right. You pick exactly one; everything else unlocks after it.

    Best value

Stronger cards cost more, but they make far more H/s and get more out of every watt (see the efficiency curve). The card marked Best value has the lowest cost per H/s over 30 days, counting its price and 30 days of electricity.

#It mines right away

Your first PC is set up on desk 1, the MY PC desk. Desk 1 runs on your island’s home connection, which is always on, so your PC starts mining the moment you buy it. No power level needed.

Every card includes 24 hours of electricity for that PC, so it keeps mining while you look around. After that you refill your island’s energy (see Electricity & energy).

#The $1 Retro PC

The Retro PC is a $1 learning PC: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT and 2 GB of DDR2 RAM in a Beige ATX Tower. It makes 1.9 H/s on 64 W and is made for learning the game (building, care, power and energy) at almost no cost.

You can buy it once per island, and only as your very first purchase. Its CPU, graphics card, RAM, drive and cooler come only inside the Retro PC. Its case, motherboard, power supply and case fan are also sold on their own in the Market.

#What comes next

  1. Open more desks. Your builder opens plots 2–8 one by one. Your island
  2. Power desks 2–8. Desk 1 never needs it. Power
  3. Keep energy topped up. Electricity & energy
  4. Upgrade parts or add complete PCs. PC building
  5. Keep your PCs cool and repaired. Heat & care
  6. Match your PCs for up to +84%. Island bonus
  7. Claim your rewards. Rewards

#Limits and prices

An island can own at most one Seed and one Sprout. Every other card can be bought as often as you like, for any empty desk.

The cheapest card that opens claiming with its own purchase is the Seed ($25, 8.2 H/s).

Prices are set in US dollars. You pay in tokens at the token price of the moment, and the game shows the exact token amount before you confirm.
